PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Justice Apartments in Akure City, Ondo State required a power solution that could serve multiple residents without noise, fuel stress, or frequent outages. Oltec Solar Company delivered a well-balanced solar system built for shared living and daily reliability.
The installation combines ten solar panels with a 10kVA lithium battery setup, allowing the apartments to generate and store enough energy for both daytime use and night backup. This system comfortably handles lighting across the building, fans, televisions, refrigerators, water pumping, security cameras, and internet equipment used by residents.
Rather than oversized or underpowered components, the system was carefully matched to actual apartment demand. The lithium battery provides stable output, quick charging, and long service life, making it ideal for a residential apartment environment.
This project gives Justice Apartments steady electricity, lower operating costs, and a calmer living space. It stands as a practical example of how solar power can improve everyday life in modern rental properties within Akure.
